She/Her, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MDiv, Counselling
Have you ever been overwhelmed by emotional pain such as sadness, fear, hopelessness, and constant worries accompanied by persistent negative thoughts? Does the cycle of self- doubt, feeling alone or invisible, and being misunderstood block your access to the quality of life that you desire?
If you responded yes to any of the conditions listed, please know that you are not alone. Life can get tough and when we experience distress, the day-to-day can feel impossible. The good news is, trusted help is available as you strive to reclaim hope.
As your therapist, I will be a trusted partner as you take steps towards your goals. I will prioritize your emotional safety, provide non-judgemental listening, offer respect and empathy while maintaining an open mind. This includes me honouring your unique needs, circumstances, values, decisions, and your humanity.
In our work together, I take a holistic and integrative approach. I may use modalities such as EFT, EFIT, DBT, IFS, and SFT, tailoring the specific combination to your needs and goals.
I will be fully present as we navigate your concerns, build new skills and self-awareness, gain insights, rediscover your strengths and areas for growth, make sense of setbacks, and celebrate ongoing stages of progress.
Together, we will take the approach of, ‘one day at- a- time…one session at-a-time!’
