Glynis Marcus

Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist

Have you been feeling overwhelmed by painful emotions, persistent thoughts, or a sense that something in your life just doesn’t feel right? Life can bring moments of deep challenge—whether through loss, changes in relationships or work, or the impact of traumatic experiences. During these times, it’s common to feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. You don’t have to face these struggles alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as we gently explore your experiences and create a path toward healing, understanding, and renewed connection.

As a social worker, I feel deeply connected to the values of compassion, dignity, and respect for every person’s story. I believe that each individual carries an innate capacity for growth and resilience. My work is guided by the belief that when people feel truly seen, heard, and emotionally supported, meaningful change becomes possible.

With over fifteen years of clinical experience in the mental health field, I support individuals, couples and families who are navigating life transitions, emotional pain and relationship challenges. Together, we explore patterns that may leave you feeling stuck and work toward creating stronger, more compassionate relationships with yourself and the people who matter most in your life.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that therapy is most powerful when we work together to make sense of your experiences, emotions, and relationships. Through this process, we can uncover new insights, strengthen emotional awareness, and foster lasting change.

Book an appointment today. It would be an honour to support you on your journey.
