People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, “Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.” I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.

Whatever you’re carrying right now, you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer a space where you can show up as you are, moving at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out. I’m here to walk alongside you through healing, growth, and the in-between moments.

I see therapy as a collaborative process where you lead the focus, exploring your thoughts and emotions, making sense of what feels heavy, and working toward meaningful change. My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to people of all identities and backgrounds.

I am guided by a relational and humanistic perspective, integrating evidence-based strategies to meet each person’s needs. For more than 20 years, I’ve supported individuals and groups across diverse professional roles, gaining a deep appreciation for the resilience and courage people bring to healing and personal growth. I now bring this broad experience into my new role in psychotherapy, where I help clients navigate challenges and reconnect with their strengths.
