Registered Psychotherapist, M.A., R.P.
Does your mind ever feel like it won’t slow down, replaying conversations, doubting yourself, or worrying about what’s next? You give so much to everyone else, yet when it comes to yourself, you wonder… Where do I even start? Maybe it feels like you’re just going through the motions, barely making it through each day.
It doesn’t have to stay this way and things can get better. Something brought you here and that matters — that’s a beginning.
Together, we won’t settle for quick fixes or surface-level solutions. We’ll work toward shifting how you experience yourself, others, and the world around you. Therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself, so you can move forward with insight, self-compassion, and confidence.
My goal is to support you in trusting your decisions, feeling more at home with who you are, and building the resilience to face life’s uncertainties. With me, you’ll have the space to explore what keeps you stuck, question beliefs that no longer serve you, and discover new ways of being that feel true to who you are and who you want to be.
I take a warm, conversational approach, creating a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I focus on making it an authentic, collaborative process, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
As we go one step at a time, clarity grows, trust builds, and real change begins to happen. You don’t need to have it all figured out; you just need a place to begin.
