Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s natural to feel unsure about where to start or how to move forward. It is my role is to support you in making sense of what feels overwhelming, and to work through it together at a pace that is manageable and safe for you.
Whether that’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that keeps pulling you under, or trauma that repetitively shows up in your mind and body. It could also be that one drink turns into too many, or that small wager turns into a significant amount of money lost. Clients have worked with me to navigate these issues as well as various stressors in their lives.
I take a blended, and individualized approach to therapy pulling from various therapeutic lenses to best support you and your goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where the therapeutic relationship serves as the foundation for growth. Together, we can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical ways to move forward.
I believe in the resilience and strength that you bring to the room when we work together. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
If you are looking for a collaborative and supportive space, I would be honored to connect with you.
